For your journey:

01 Connect with your Authentic and Spiritual Self

Discover how creative expression and therapeutic dialogue can help you reconnect with your inner truth and confidently show up in every area of life.

02 Heal from trauma

This is also a time to envision and tune into who we are and what we are choosing to create and fulfill in all our key life areas.

Where do you want to go? Who are the people you want to be connected with?

What’s essential in your life? What needs your focus and attention? Where do you need to grow?

03 Rise in Resilience

We are reflective beings by nature— when circumstances happen that we don’t expect

It is helpful to recognize the patterns that

shape our lives.

With an integrative approach to therapy

We'll look at the core of who you are- your values, beliefs, and choices to support you in making the ones that match the life you want to live.

The expressive techniques that I use will support you in feeling grounded, confident, and able to show up more fully in your relationships

and daily life.

individual preferences and goals.

An integrative approach takes a holistic

view, considering emotional, physical,

social, and spiritual dimensions of

well-being.

It connects with the idea that mental health

cannot be fully understood or treated in

isolation from other aspects of your life.

But we need this reflection time so that we

may transform life into a process of

learning, wisdom, and expansion of the

inner self. When we're grounded in

creativity, actively participating in our

communities, and making space for

reflection and witnessing, we are truly

engaged in a spiritual practice.

This is also a time to envision, feel, and

tune in with the new year. You may ask

yourself: Where do I want to go? What's

essential in my life? What needs my

attention? Where do I need to grow?

I provide a space for you to work through what’s affecting your mind,

body, and emotional well-being.

My goal is to help you make meaningful changes that last—to feel

more connected to yourself and move through life with awareness and

intention in the ways you live and love.

Together, we’ll explore your core values, beliefs, and patterns. This

process is aimed at strengthening your sense of self and building the

confidence to engage more fully and authentically in your life and

relationships.

Whether you’re here for therapy or coaching, the goal is the same: to

help you create meaningful, sustainable change—helping you develop

greater self-awareness, feel more connected to yourself, and move

through life with clarity, sense of mission, and intention.

We’ll look at the core of who you are—your values, patterns, and

choices—and support you in making those that match with the life

you want to live.

The expressive techniques that I use will support you in feeling more

grounded, confident, and able to show up more fully in your

relationships and day-to-day life.

I work with you to support your development, emotional

clarity, and sense of agency—to help you live in a way that

feels more aligned and fulfilling.

You’re here to thrive. To feel deeply.

To become who you’re meant to be.

Clients come to this work to:

-Connect to their emotions and make empowered life

decisions with greater clarity and confidence

-Learn to communicate with honesty and authenticity

Strengthen self-trust and personal boundaries

-Clarify their identity and sense of purpose

Establish a sense of identity that feels true to their identity

and specific wants and needs

-Explore balanced expressions of femininity and masculinity

Identify and shift limiting beliefs and patterns

We may not always be our most resilient in our connections

with others or in the environments in which we live, but we

can build and maintain the tools to be creative and think

strategically about how we manage our relationships.

However, with the right tools, we can show up fully, support

the people in our lives, and build more meaningful and

supportive relationships as a result.

When we find balance within, the outer world softens in response to that reflection. As we ground ourselves,

life meets us with a gentler tone, and we can recognize our own light, it becomes clear—and others are drawn to it as well.
